By booking services or using the website at wideangle.marketing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Wide Angle Real Estate Media provides professional real estate photography, video tours, aerial/drone photography, virtual tours, and related media services. Services are provided as described in your booking confirmation.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices are as listed at time of booking. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. Payment is due at time of booking via our secure online payment system.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking total. Rescheduling is always free with 24-hour notice.
In the event of adverse weather conditions that would prevent a quality exterior or drone shoot, Wide Angle Real Estate Media reserves the right to reschedule at no charge. We will contact you as soon as possible if weather may affect your shoot.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered photographs and video for marketing the property, including MLS listings, social media, and print materials. Wide Angle Real Estate Media retains copyright and the right to use images in our portfolio. Images may not be resold or transferred to third parties without written consent.
Wide Angle Real Estate Media's liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Disputes shall be resolved in Mobile County, Alabama courts.
